Soft and festive White Chocolate Peppermint Cookies with a perfect balance of sweetness and mint crunch.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup peppermint pieces
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Chop peppermint into small pieces
3. Mix butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla
4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt
5. Fold in white chocolate chips
6. Roll dough into balls
7. Dip tops into peppermint pieces
8. Place on baking sheet
9. Bake for 10–11 minutes
10. Cool and serve
