Easy sweet potatoes in air fryer with crispy edges and soft inside. Perfect for whole or cubed cooking.
Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then dry completely
2. For whole: poke holes with a fork and rub with oil and salt
3. For cubes: peel if desired and cut into even 1/2-inch cubes
4. Toss cubes with oil and seasonings
5. Place sweet potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer
6. Cook whole at 390°F for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway
7. Cook cubes at 400°F for 12–16 minutes, shaking halfway
8. Check tenderness and cook additional 2–3 minutes if needed
9. Serve warm with desired toppings
