1 tbsp oil
8–10 tortillas
1.5 cups cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
15 oz broth
1 cup sour cream
4 oz green chiles
Instructions
1. Cook chicken and onion
2. Fill tortillas and roll
3. Make sauce with butter flour broth
4. Add sour cream and chiles
5. Pour sauce and cheese
6. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience
Warm tortillas before rolling
