Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 packet active dry yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 head roasted garlic
2–3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
Extra olive oil
Sea salt
Instructions
1. Roast garlic until soft and golden
2. Activate yeast in warm water
3. Mix flour, salt, garlic, yeast, and oil
4. Knead dough until smooth
5. Let dough rise for 1 hour
6. Prepare baking pan with oil
7. Shape dough into pan
8. Let dough rise again for 30 minutes
9. Dimple dough surface
10. Add olive oil, rosemary, and salt
11. Preheat oven to 425°F
12. Bake for 25–30 minutes
13. Cool and serve
Notes
Use fresh rosemary for best flavor
Do not skip second rise
