A moist Red Velvet Cream Cheese Bundt Cake with a rich cream cheese filling and smooth icing.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/3 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar
red food coloring
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease bundt pan
2. Prepare cream cheese filling and set aside
3. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
4. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl
5. Combine both mixtures and add food coloring
6. Pour half batter into pan
7. Add cream cheese filling
8. Top with remaining batter and swirl lightly
9. Bake for 55-65 minutes
10. Cool completely and add icing

Do not overmix batter
Keep filling centered
Cool completely before removing
