No-Knead Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough is a simple, flavorful bread with a crispy crust and cheesy, slightly spicy interior.
Ingredients

1/4 cup sourdough starter
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 1/4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 jalapenos minced
1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Mix starter and water
2. Add flour and salt and mix
3. Rest dough 30 minutes
4. Stretch and fold dough
5. Let rise 4-12 hours
6. Add jalapenos and cheese
7. Shape and rest dough
8. Bake at 450°F covered 30 minutes
9. Uncover and bake 20 minutes
10. Cool before slicing
Notes
Use active starter for best rise
Adjust jalapeno for spice level
Cool completely before slicing
