Ingredients
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 ½ pounds skirt steak, cut into pieces
12 mini flour tortillas
¾ cup diced red onion
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Combine soy sauce, lime juice, oil, garlic, and spices
2. Marinate steak for 1–4 hours
3. Heat oil in skillet
4. Cook steak until browned
5. Warm tortillas
6. Assemble tacos with toppings and lime
