Ingredients

1 packet unflavored gelatin
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Bloom gelatin in cold milk for 5 minutes
2. Heat remaining milk with sugar until dissolved
3. Whisk in gelatin until smooth
4. Cool slightly then mix in yogurt and vanilla
5. Pour into cups and chill for 3 hours
Notes
Do not overheat yogurt
Chill fully before serving
