Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken
4 cups chicken broth
1 onion diced
3 carrots sliced
3 celery stalks
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
Salt and pepper
1 cup peas
1 cup cream
1 can biscuit dough
Instructions
1. Add chicken and vegetables to slow cooker
2. Pour broth and season
3. Cook 6-7 hours low
4. Shred chicken
5. Add cream and peas
6. Add biscuit dumplings
7. Cook 30-45 minutes
8. Serve warm
