Ingredients
1 pound boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
3 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: lemon wedges, honey mustard, ranch, salsa, or yogurt sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Toss chicken with 1 tablespoon oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange chicken in a single layer and air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking halfway, until fully cooked.
4. Toss potato wedges with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
5. Air fry potatoes at 400°F for 16 to 20 minutes, shaking twice, until crisp outside and tender inside.
6. Toss broccoli with remaining oil, salt, and pepper.
7. Air fry broccoli at 375°F for 7 to 10 minutes until crisp-tender with browned edges.
8. Serve chicken, potatoes, and broccoli with your favorite dipping sauce.
