Ingredients
10 ½ tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon Earl Grey extract or vanilla extract
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
2 teaspoon finely ground Earl Grey leaves
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until dough forms
2. Divide dough into two logs and wrap in plastic
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
4. Preheat oven to 350°F
5. Slice dough into ¼ to ½ inch rounds
6. Place on lined baking sheet
7. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden
8. Cool on rack before serving
