Description
A crispy and delicious Crunch Wrap Supreme recipe made at home with seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
4 flour tortillas
1/2 cup nacho cheese
4 tostada shells
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 Roma tomato diced
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Instructions
1. Heat oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning.
2. Place beef in tortilla center and add nacho cheese and tostada shell.
3. Spread sour cream and add lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
4. Fold tortilla edges tightly toward center.
5. Cook seam-side down until golden, then flip and cook other side.
Notes
Do not overfill wraps.
Use medium heat for best crisp.
Serve immediately for best texture.
