Ingredients

6 roasted or grilled sweet corn
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper
1 lime juiced
1/2 cup Cotija cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Cook corn by grilling, roasting, or air frying
2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, cilantro, chipotle, and lime juice
3. Brush sauce over warm corn
4. Sprinkle extra spice on top
5. Add Cotija cheese
6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime
