Description
Soft and chewy Cookies and Cream Cookies packed with Oreo chunks and white chocolate chips.
Ingredients

1 cup butter softened
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
4.2 oz Cookies & Cream pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup white chocolate chips
15 Oreo cookies coarsely crushed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Cream butter and sugars for 2-3 minutes.
3. Mix in pudding mix.
4. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
5. Add flour and baking soda.
6. Fold in white chocolate chips and Oreo chunks.
7. Scoop dough onto greased baking sheet.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Use large Oreo chunks for best texture.
Store in airtight container for freshness.
