Soft and chewy Classic Peanut Butter Blossoms topped with Hershey Kisses make the perfect holiday cookie recipe.
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Large Egg
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar for coating
11 oz Hershey Kisses
Instructions
1. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
2. Cream peanut butter, butter, and sugars.
3. Add egg, milk, and vanilla.
4. Mix in dry ingredients.
5. Chill dough for 1 hour.
6. Preheat oven to 375°F.
7. Roll dough into balls and coat with sugar.
8. Bake 7-8 minutes.
9. Press Hershey Kiss into center.
10. Bake 2 more minutes.
11. Cool completely.
Notes
Store in airtight container for up to one week.
Freeze dough for up to 3 months.
