Description
Churro Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert layered with flaky dough and topped with cinnamon sugar for a perfect sweet treat.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Two 8-oz packages crescent roll dough
16 oz cream cheese softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 pan
2. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle some on pan bottom
3. Press first crescent dough layer into pan
4. Mix cream cheese sugar egg and vanilla until smooth
5. Spread filling over dough
6. Add second dough layer on top
7. Pour melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar
8. Bake 26-30 minutes until golden
9. Cool completely then chill before slicing
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for smooth texture
Chill before cutting for clean slices
Add fruit or caramel topping for variation
