Description
Cheesecake tacos are crispy tortilla shells filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with strawberries.
Ingredients
7 tortilla shells
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup butter melted
8 oz cream cheese
3 tbsp pudding mix
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup strawberries
3/4 cup strawberry glaze
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Mix crumbs and sugar
3. Cut tortilla circles and poke holes
4. Brush with butter and coat in crumbs
5. Shape into tacos and bake 11 minutes
6. Beat cream cheese until smooth
7. Add pudding mix, cream, sugar, vanilla
8. Mix until fluffy
9. Pipe filling into shells
10. Add strawberry topping and serve
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese
Do not overbake shells
Serve immediately for best texture
