Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Pat the boneless chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
2. Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Reduce the heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic.
6. Spoon the garlic butter over the chicken while it cooks for another 2 minutes.
7. Add lemon juice and cook for 1 additional minute.
8. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
