Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Pat chicken thighs dry.
2. Toss chicken with oil and seasonings.
3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
4. Arrange chicken in one layer.
5. Cook for 8 minutes.
6. Flip and cook 6 to 8 more minutes.
7. Check that chicken reaches 165°F.
8. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
