Crispy oven bone-in chicken thighs with garlic, paprika, lemon, and herbs.
Ingredients

6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Pat chicken thighs dry.
3. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.
4. Rub mixture over chicken.
5. Place chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet.
6. Roast 35 to 45 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For crispier skin, broil for 2 to 3 minutes at the end.
Do not overcrowd the pan.
