10.5 oz whole milk

2.5 oz melted butter

2 tsp salt

1.5 oz sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

16 oz bread flour

1.5 tsp yeast

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp sugar

4 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp butter


Instructions

1. Soak raisins in hot water and drain.

2. Heat milk and mix with butter.

3. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon.

4. Mix in flour and yeast.

5. Knead dough until smooth.

6. Add raisins and knead again.

7. Let dough rise until doubled (about 2.5 hours).

8. Roll dough and add cinnamon swirl.

9. Shape and place in pan.

10. Let rise again (1 to 1.5 hours).

11. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

12. Brush with butter and cool.
