8–10 hard taco shells
1 cup black beans
1 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion
1 oz taco seasoning
10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Drain and rinse beans
2. Preheat oven to 400°F
3. Pre-bake taco shells
4. Cook beef and onions
5. Add seasoning and tomatoes
6. Stir in cream cheese
7. Fill shells with beans and beef
8. Top with cheese and bake
9. Add toppings and serve
