Ingredients
1 pound fresh asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated parmesan, optional
Instructions
1. Trim woody ends from asparagus and pat spears dry.
2. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Arrange spears in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Air fry at 380°F for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking once.
5. Finish with lemon juice, parmesan, herbs, or your favorite seasoning variation.
Notes
Thin asparagus may cook in 5 minutes. Thick asparagus may need up to 10 minutes. Add cheese and glazes after cooking for best results.
