Description
Crispy garlic parmesan air fryer potatoes make one of the easiest air fryer sides for chicken. They cook fast, taste savory, and pair with chicken breasts, thighs, tenders, or wings.
Ingredients
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
2. Add potatoes to a bowl, then toss them with olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
5. Remove the potatoes once they turn golden and fork-tender.
6. Finish with chopped parsley and serve hot with air fryer chicken.
Notes
Cut potatoes evenly so they cook at the same pace.
Do not overcrowd the basket because the potatoes need airflow to crisp.
Add a squeeze of lemon before serving for a brighter flavor.
