Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Lemon wedges for serving
Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
3. Brush salmon with olive oil and lemon juice.
4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley in a small bowl.
5. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
6. Place salmon skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
7. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes depending on thickness.
8. Check salmon with a fork until it flakes easily.
9. Remove from the air fryer and rest for 2 minutes.
