Description

These air fryer potatoes turn perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. They make an easy side dish for lunches, meal prep, dinners, or leftover bowls.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.

2. Cut the potatoes into evenly sized 1-inch chunks.

3. Add the potatoes to a large mixing bowl.

4. Pour in the olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

5. Toss well until every potato piece is evenly coated.

6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

7. Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

8. Cook for 16 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

9. Check for crispiness and cook 2 more minutes if needed.

10. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for the crispiest texture.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 4 to 6 minutes.

You can swap smoked paprika with Cajun seasoning or Italian herbs for different flavors.
