1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry
2. Prepare flour, egg, and breadcrumb stations
3. Coat chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F
5. Arrange chicken in single layer
6. Spray lightly with oil
7. Cook 8–10 minutes flipping halfway
8. Check chicken reaches 165°F
