8 chicken drumsticks

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.

3. Add drumsticks to a bowl and coat with olive oil.

4. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, baking powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.

5. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken.

6. Arrange drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

7. Cook for 10 minutes.

8. Flip the drumsticks and cook for another 8 to 12 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.

9. Check that internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.

10. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.

For extra crispy skin, dry the chicken thoroughly before seasoning.
