Ingredients
3 Idaho or Russet Baking Potatoes
1–2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
1 Teaspoon Parsley
Instructions
1. Scrub and wash the potatoes and pierce each one a few times with a fork.
2. Drizzle avocado oil on the potatoes and season with salt, garlic, and parsley.
3. Rub seasoning all over until potatoes are well-coated.
4. Place in air fryer basket with space between them.
5. Air fry at 390°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Check doneness with fork. Add more time if needed.
7. Serve with butter, sour cream, or toppings of choice.
Notes
Use Russet or Idaho potatoes for best texture.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
Add shredded cheese, bacon, or broccoli for loaded potatoes.
