This 2 hour no knead dutch oven bread is quick, easy, and delivers a crispy crust with a soft interior.
Ingredients
Scale
3 cups all-purpose flour
2¼ teaspoons instant yeast
1½ teaspoons salt
1½ cups warm water
Instructions
1. Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl
2. Add warm water and mix into sticky dough
3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour
4. Preheat Dutch oven at 450°F
5. Shape dough and rest 15 minutes
6. Transfer dough into Dutch oven
7. Bake covered for 30 minutes
8. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes
9. Cool before slicing
Notes
Use fresh yeast for best results
Do not over-flour the dough
Allow bread to cool completely before slicing
