Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (sliced thin)

6 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter

¾ cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Fresh parsley (garnish)


Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove.

3. Add butter and garlic to skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds.

4. Pour in chicken broth, stir and scrape the bottom of the pan.

5. Add cream and Parmesan. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thick.

6. Return chicken to pan. Simmer 5–7 minutes more.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

You can use coconut milk or cashew cream as a dairy-free alternative.

Try adding spinach or mushrooms to the sauce for extra texture.
