Ingredients
1/3 cup butter melted
2 cups sour cream
10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
24 ounces frozen diced hash browns thawed
1/2 cup butter melted
3 cups corn flakes slightly crushed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix melted butter, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, salt, and onion powder
3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and diced hash browns
4. Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish
5. Mix melted butter and crushed corn flakes
6. Spread topping over casserole
7. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until golden
8. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving

Thaw hash browns completely before mixing
