15g honey
150g flour
50g cornstarch
spices (garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt)
75g butter
60g honey
75g chili sauce
15g sambal
lettuce, mayo, burger buns
Instructions
1. Mix marinade ingredients
2. Marinate chicken 30 minutes
3. Prepare flour mixture
4. Coat chicken twice
5. Fry chicken at 175°C
6. Prepare sticky sauce
7. Coat chicken with sauce
8. Assemble burger
