Sticky Beef Noodles are a quick and flavorful stir fry made with tender beef, egg noodles, and a sweet savory sauce.
Ingredients
1 pound flank steak thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
8 ounces egg noodles
1 bell pepper sliced
1 small onion sliced
1/2 cup snap peas
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 green onions chopped
Instructions
1. Toss sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch and marinate for 10 minutes
2. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl
3. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain
4. Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef for 2 to 3 minutes
5. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes
6. Add noodles and sauce to the pan
7. Toss everything until coated and heated through
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve
Notes
Slice beef against the grain for tenderness
Cook noodles slightly underdone
Use high heat for the best stir fry flavor
