1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 garlic cloves minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated

8 ounces egg noodles

1 bell pepper sliced

1 small onion sliced

1/2 cup snap peas

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 green onions chopped


Instructions

1. Toss sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch and marinate for 10 minutes

2. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl

3. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain

4. Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef for 2 to 3 minutes

5. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes

6. Add noodles and sauce to the pan

7. Toss everything until coated and heated through

8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve
