Ingredients
1 pound ground pork sausage
24 ounces refrigerated hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
½ cup milk or half and half
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease casserole dish
2. Cook sausage until browned and drain
3. Whisk eggs and milk together
4. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
5. Spread into baking dish and top with cheese
6. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly
7. Let rest and serve warm
