Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast
2. Add water and olive oil, stir to form dough
3. Add garlic and rosemary
4. Cover and let rise 12–18 hours
5. Shape dough and rest 30–60 minutes
6. Preheat oven with Dutch oven at 450°F
7. Bake covered 30 minutes
8. Bake uncovered 10–15 minutes
9. Cool before slicing
