Soft and fluffy rosemary garlic dinner rolls packed with rich buttery flavor and fresh herbs, perfect for holidays or everyday meals.
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 packet active dry yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter (topping)
3 sprigs rosemary
3 cloves garlic
flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Warm milk and sugar to 110°F
2. Add yeast and let foam
3. Mix in egg, flour, butter, and salt
4. Knead until smooth
5. Let rise 2 hours
6. Shape into 15 rolls
7. Let rise 1 hour
8. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes
9. Prepare butter with garlic and rosemary
10. Brush on warm rolls and serve
Notes
Use fresh rosemary for best flavor
Do not overheat milk
Add flour gradually if dough is sticky
