Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
6. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
