1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup milk

1/3 cup butter, softened

Coating

1/4 cup butter, melted (for dipping)

1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (3 tbsp sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

3. In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, milk, and softened butter until smooth.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir gently until just combined.

5. Pipe or spoon the batter into a greased mini donut pan, filling 3/4 full.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

7. Cool donuts on a wire rack completely.

8. Melt butter in one bowl; combine cinnamon and sugar in another.

9. Dip cooled donuts in butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
