1 large crusty round loaf

6 slices salami
6 slices ham or turkey

1 cup baby spinach

Instructions

2. Spread tapenade on base and lid.
3. Layer salami, ham, peppers, spinach, and cheese.
4. Repeat layers and close loaf.
5. Wrap tightly and press with weight.
6. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
