Description
Potsticker noodle bowl packed with savory pork, cabbage, and bold Asian-inspired sauce in one easy skillet dinner.
Ingredients
8 oz wide Lo Mein noodles cooked and rinsed
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 pound ground pork
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sriracha
4 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
2. Heat peanut oil in skillet and brown pork with 1/4 cup green onions.
3. Whisk broth, mirin, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
4. Add noodles, coleslaw mix, and sauce to skillet.
5. Toss for 2–3 minutes until coated and garnish with remaining green onions.
Notes
Do not overcook cabbage to maintain texture.
Add extra sriracha for more heat.
Store leftovers up to 3 days refrigerated.
