Description
This petrale sole recipe is light, quick, and full of flavor—featuring buttery lemon sauce and tender fillets, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
4 petrale sole fillets
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Pat petrale sole fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add fillets and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
4. Remove fillets and keep warm.
5. In same skillet, melt butter and add garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
6. Stir in lemon juice and simmer for another minute.
7. Spoon sauce over fish and sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. Serve with wild rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
