Ingredients

Scale

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter (not all-natural)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter chips

1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

1. Add cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.

2. Beat in peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.

3. Drop mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill in freezer for 1 ½ hours.

4. Mix coating chips and roll chilled ball to coat evenly.

5. Place on serving dish, cover, and freeze for 30 minutes until ready to serve.

6. Let thaw for 30 minutes if frozen for longer than an hour.

Notes

Use shelf-stable peanut butter for best consistency.

Crushed Reese’s Pieces or sprinkles make great seasonal coatings.

Great for parties, holidays, or a sweet weekend snack.
