Juicy garlic butter steak with creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for dinner for two or special occasions.
Ingredients
4 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Heat skillet and melt 2 tablespoons butter.
3. Sear steaks 4-5 minutes on one side.
4. Flip steaks, add remaining butter and garlic, cook 4-5 minutes.
5. Remove steaks and rest 5 minutes.
6. Lower heat and add heavy cream, whisking.
7. Add Parmesan and cook until thickened.
8. Season sauce as needed.
9. Slice steak, top with sauce, garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use a thermometer for perfect doneness.
Let steak rest before slicing.
Adjust salt carefully due to Parmesan.
