Ingredients

2 pounds beef round steak
½ cup flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp oil
1 onion sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
2 celery stalks
3 garlic cloves
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1.5 cups beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp thyme
Parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare and dredge steak
2. Brown beef in skillet
3. Sauté vegetables
4. Add sauce ingredients
5. Return beef to pan
6. Simmer 1.5 to 2 hours
7. Serve with garnish

Cook low and slow for best tenderness
Add broth if sauce thickens
