Ingredients

12 graham crackers
2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Pulse graham crackers and sugar, mix with melted butter
3. Press into pie dish and bake 12–15 minutes
4. Blend filling ingredients until smooth
5. Pour into crust and freeze 4 hours
6. Let sit 10 minutes before serving
