A creamy and nostalgic Lime Jello Salad made with pineapple, cream cheese, and Cool Whip. This easy no-bake dessert is perfect for holidays, potlucks, and family gatherings.
Ingredients
2 (3 oz) boxes lime jello
1 cup boiling water
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Place lime jello in a large bowl and pour boiling water over it. Whisk until fully dissolved.
2. Stir in crushed pineapple with juice.
3. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
5. Add Cool Whip and mix until light and fluffy.
6. Combine the jello mixture with the cream mixture and mix well.
7. Fold in chopped pecans evenly.
8. Pour into a 9×13 dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
Notes
Use canned pineapple only to ensure proper setting.
Make sure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
Do not over-chill the jello before combining.
Chill overnight for best flavor and texture.
