Ingredients
Scale
1–2 scoops vanilla ice cream or gelato
1 shot espresso
1 Tbsp nut or coffee liqueur (optional)
grated dark chocolate or cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Brew fresh espresso.
2. Add ice cream to a glass.
3. Pour espresso over ice cream.
4. Add liqueur if desired.
5. Garnish with chocolate or cocoa.
Notes
Use fresh espresso for best flavor.
Serve immediately.
