Description
Irresistible praline crunch is a sweet crunchy snack made with caramelized pecans, butter, and brown sugar. Perfect for holidays, parties, or quick homemade treats.
Ingredients
2 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add brown sugar and stir until bubbling.
4. Add pecans and stir for 5 to 7 minutes until coated.
5. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla cinnamon and salt.
6. Spread mixture on parchment paper.
7. Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Spread pecans quickly before caramel hardens.
Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
Optional: mix with Crispix cereal for extra crunch.
