Description
These Halloween Rice Krispie Treats are gluten-free, allergy-friendly, and kid-approved! With gooey marshmallows and spooky mummy designs, they’re perfect for parties or lunchboxes.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. butter (or dairy-free alternative)
5 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (10 oz. bag)
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal (certified gluten-free)
8 oz. white chocolate or melting candy (dairy-free if needed)
20 candy eyeballs or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat and add marshmallows. Stir until fully melted.
2. Remove from heat and stir in cereal until evenly coated.
3. Butter a 9×13 pan and press mixture in evenly. Chill 10 minutes.
4. Cut into 10 rectangles. Melt white chocolate in microwave-safe bowl.
5. Dab chocolate on eyeballs and stick 2 on each bar.
6. Place remaining chocolate in zip bag, snip corner, drizzle like mummy wrap.
7. Chill again until chocolate sets.
Notes
Swap white chocolate for orange or green melts for variety.
Store in airtight container up to 3 days at room temp.
Use vegan marshmallows and chocolate for a fully dairy-free version.
